How it works
From news to published post, in six steps
The whole content cycle —find, choose, write, illustrate, approve and publish— boiled down to one decision a day: yes or no.
It listens to your sources
It reads the outlets, blogs and feeds in your niche on the schedule you set (daily, twice a week…). If one source goes down, the flow keeps running with the rest.
The AI picks a single story
The agent evaluates each candidate on relevance to YOUR audience and checks the history of past posts so it doesn't repeat a topic you covered in the last 30 days.
It writes in your voice
Hook, brief body, call to action and hashtags, following your style guide: your tone, your banned topics, your word limit. No generic AI copy.
It generates the image
It creates an editorial illustration that fits the post's topic (no generic stock) and adapts it to each network's format: square for Instagram, landscape for Facebook.
You approve from your phone

What people ask before commissioning it
Won't the posts look like they were written by an AI?
That's exactly what the setup work is for: the style guide is written with you (tone, structure, real examples of yours and banned topics) and the AI only writes within those limits. On top of that, you approve every post before publishing, so nothing goes out without sounding like you.
Can I change the networks or add others?
Yes. The flow publishes to LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook out of the box, but it's modular: you can add X, Threads, TikTok (video handled separately) or an email newsletter, and remove the ones you don't use.
What do I need to get it running?
Your social media accounts, a Telegram chat for approvals and the AI keys (we help you create them). We set it up on your n8n instance or host it for you: either way the workflow is in your name.
What if the AI fails or a story repeats?
There are three safeguards: the anti-duplicate memory discards topics already covered, every AI output is validated before continuing (if it doesn't meet the format, it stops and alerts you on Telegram) and your manual approval is the final filter. Without your OK, nothing is published.
Is the workflow mine or do I depend on Nubia?
It's yours. It's delivered installed, with your own credentials and plain-language documentation. You can run it without us; if you want support or extensions, we'll be there.
