Why Nubia exists
Nubia was born after years of seeing the same pattern in small businesses across every sector: capable people losing hours every week on tasks a machine would do better. Copying data between programs, answering the same questions, chasing invoices, remembering appointments.
Meanwhile, automation and AI were pitched as something for big corporations, with six-figure projects and consultants in suits. The reality is different: with tools like n8n and Make and today's AI models, a small business can automate its key processes in weeks and on a reasonable budget. What's missing isn't technology, it's someone to bring it down to earth.
That's the gap Nubia fills: a small, specialised, no-nonsense agency working with small businesses in Spain and Andorra. We know what it's like to run a business where every hour counts, and we build automations designed for that reality —useful from the first week, reliable over the long term.
Beyond custom projects, we develop RecepBot, our appointment-automation suite, which was born precisely from seeing the same problem repeated in clinics, salons and workshops.

Process first, tool second
We don't sell n8n, Make or any AI model: we solve processes. Sometimes the best automation is simpler (and cheaper) than you expected. If something isn't going to genuinely save you time or money, we'll tell you.
You understand what you're buying
Everything we build is documented in plain language and we show you how to oversee it. No black boxes only understood by whoever built them: the automation is yours and must keep working even when we're not around.
Reliability over spectacle
An automation that fails silently is worse than none at all. That's why every flow comes with monitoring, alerts and a plan B. We'd rather promise less and have what we deliver work every single day.
